Cic Ce Credit Report
I'm getting ripped off by cic ce and i want it to stop

I checked my bank account today November 6th and i have a charge on my account for 14.95$ and i did not authorize this charge.

I want this charge off my account and my money back. I went to a few months back and did the free credit report but i in no way accepted a charge for 14.95$.
