Yes, they advertise FREE credit report, then they charge your account $14.95, and they send you around and around to try to find out out to get this so-called free credit report, and then you finally get a form that you have to print out and send to the credit bureaus. And then they charge your account $14.95 again, and you look for a phone number to call, and there's not such thing, but to anyone else who runs into the problem, here's the phone number to reach them, 866-340-9197 to cancel, and I asked for a refund for the last charge and they said they would credit may account for that. We'll wait and see, but my bank is good about rejecting these scams if they don't. Hopefully this will help someone else with this outfit.
