On november 29 I called to settle a debt with capital management services, they agreed to settle my debt for $3600, Itold them I could only come up with $3200, I was put on hold while the representative told her supervisors, she told me they would accept this $3200, I made paymentand was told a settlement paper would be mailed out in a few days, never came, almost two years later I began getting collection notices on this same account, when I called they told me they had accepted the $3200 as partial payment, now I am being sued by appothaker & associates pc, 520 fellowship road c306 mount laurel nj 08054 on behalf of palisades acquisition xvi for over $7500, I have made complaints to all federal and state agencys on this matte
