Can they do this?

My complaint consists of said college charging for class attended that is not part of program, the class was attended for 3 hours. More of the class was required but I chose to drop out because said college did not inform us well. Accreditation was an issue and I did not meet the enrollment requirements for my area of study. I did not want to continue because I did not meet their requirements. The college forced me to pick another field of study that did not interest me. Now they want me to pay for their misunderstandings. They did not inform me that it would cost more to go to this college as well. I feel that I did nothing wrong but to investigate all aspects of my education to make sure I would be able to continue my education somewhere else if I chose a different path. I orginally was trying to get into the radiology program and they told me that my biology from high school was not good enough. They told me that the Medical Assisting program would be where they would put me. I said no way!!!
