Raleigh North Carolina Three Stooges, The Movie: aka Twilight zone

I bought $7,000 worth of appliances at HH Gregg in 11 months and the last 2 appliances have taken from about July to now, to get installed. I have had to pay $ for professional laundry for months because they dropped off my washer and dryer and did not install. They are in my laundry room, but not hooked up. This is a nightmare for us. I cannot move them or I would do it myself. We paid for these plus the installation, in July or ealry August. They have had every excuse under the sun. The installers have even lied to their dispatchers about when they came here and not actually done anything. I have spoken to 6 different people and they all have excuses. The little managers always act like I am at fault and say "Maam" in the most insulting way. I own a business and I and my employees work hard and I expect others to do it too, especally if they have been using my money for 3 months and I have no appliance to show for it plus I have had to pay for outside service all this time. I would like my laundry bills of $50 a week to be returned to me for the past 3 months. Also I am afraid of there service now and would love to return all appliances to them and get them at a local dealor who delivers things themselves and does their own repair work. Today they said they are coming Nov 14 to install! Can you beleive this?
