Incomplete orde

Order placed for $3,000 solar hot water kit and only 1/3rd of the product was shipped. Multiple contacts with the company via the owner (Eric) cell phone (503-706-1964). The credit card was hit the same day, 3 months later it's too late for the credit card company to do anything about it. All excuses about being overloaded and manufacturers being behind... Even went as far as saying there was a glass shortage... Upon contacting source manufacturer they said there was no shortage and that kingsolar was a "problem dealer" and recommended to purchase from another dealer with apologies.

It makes us sick that these guys are taking money, not delivering product, and getting away with it... The same guy owns all the sites... Eric Schue. Could be that they operate under different names and have other sites as well. The people who built these sites are obviously family members or related to Eric and live close by (kappacorp.com). He is a nice guy on the phone, sounds genuine and helpfull but cannot live up to his promises. They may be a company that has just had a turn for the worst and are taking money wherever they can get it out of desperation... I don't know.

That's ok though. We have a family member who is an experienced attorney and is going to start working on them. Head strong Americans don't go quietly.

Since this order was placed, the card was hit with some other bogus charges and had to be discontinued. Makes them look awfully suspicious of that too.

ALWAYS check the Better Business Bureau before buying. These guys have a lot of unsettled complaints... Www.bbb.org
