I-satellite has lied, forged my signature, and misrepresented the truth., and nampa idaho

Almost 5 years ago i sighned a 1 year contract with dish network. A satellite guy from the company I-satellite was going around my neighborhood sighning people up. I though he was a nice honest person, at least he seemed like it.

He tried to talk me into a 2 year contract, i told him no cause i was just renting my house at the time. He seemed in a hurry and there was alot of pages of small print on the contract to read. I guess i was taking to long to read it.

So he told me, i will just tell you what it says so it goes a little faster. Well to make a long story short the guy pretty much scamed me! He never told me i was sighning a contract through the satellite company also. I had no clue i sighned a contract with 2 company's.

I was forced to move out of my house from the cause of a domestic dispute. I really had no choice but to leave for my saftey! So i called dish network and cancelled around 3 months early. They told me i had to pay a contract penalty fee of 250.00 which i paid in full with no problem.

See where i moved would not allow satellite there. So i really had no choise. I asked Dish network what should I do with the 2 Recievers. They said they were mine and they dident want them back. So i figured this mess was over with.

Around 9 months later i get a letter from the lovely thinline collection saying i owe 1750.00. I had no clue why i would owe this, i thought after i paid dish network by debt was paid. Boy was i wrong! They said i also owed I-satellite

A 500.00 penalty fee for breaking my 2-year contract. First of all i told them i only sighned a one year and i know that for a fact. They said they see a signature on the 1 year and 2 year. They also said i owed for the equipment.

I asked to be sent the contract. When i recieved it i noticed my initail on the 1 year and another initial on the 2 year that looked nothing like my initial. I called them up and told them they forged my initails on the 2 year.

The collection lady agreed and said the initial on the 2 year dident look like the other one but there wasent anything she could do. She said i still needed to pay. I had never recieved anything from I-satellite saying i owed anything until it went to collections.

I said i wasent going to pay it, that was fraud and very unfair. I never heard from them again until 4 years later. Saying i owed them 4027.53. I almost died of a heart attack when i saw that. They were extremly rude told me they were going to garnish my wages if i dont make arragments to pay them.

I figured i would probley have to pay the 1400.00 they said i owed I-satellite to begin with. The evil guy that works there told me he would try to get the intrest off it all depends if his boss is in a good mood or not. If he wasent I was pretty much screwed.

The next day i called him he said they would take 1000.00 of what i owed and i would have to pay 12% intrest. 50.00 down. 50.00 payments a month.
That would take me forever to pay. My daughter is 13.By the time i pay that off she will probley of graduated high school. If they garnish my wages i will lose everything. Im a single mom that works very hard to pay all my bills myself.

I dont get any assistance from the goverment or welfare. Im buying my own home and car. Granted its not a masion but its mine. I live check to check and cant afford to have my wages garnished.

When i told the guy from thinline collections i needed my contract so i could show a lawyer he freaked. He told me the deal they were giving me was off the table and he would no longer be talking to me. He said he would send my paperwork in the mail. And their attornys would be sueing me

I told him i dident have an attorney yet i was just talking to one about my rights. I guess he dident like that cause he refused to talk to me anymore.
So i guess im pretty much screwed. Im just scared i willl lose everything now from such a stupid petty thing. Never sighn a contract with any satellite company. They are all liars! And only out for themselves and that commission they recieve off your sale!
