I'm writing on behalf of my husband, age 70, partially hearing, vision and mentally impaired - who received this mailing and was initially complimented by the letter, but had the good sense to check with me before doing anything about it. He is a prime victim. This is a very sleasy letter.

We will not return the form. I fear for those who are not as wary of scams as we are.
