Tried to scam me into joining (FOR FREE) a SECRET SOCIETY that doesn't appear so secret

I received this letter to join the so called "SECRET SOCIETY" and was told that this was not a chain letter or solicitation for money. I was told that I would receive something of immense value from them (SECRET SOCIETY) with no strings attached absolutely free.
Thank God I give myself credit for being smarter than they think I really am, as I smelled a skunk! This did not seem right to me as Kirsten was really building herself up in that she said, "she was once just like me", and I am thinking how can she say that. I don't know this person and I am certainly not like her! I was told that I must return this invitation by April 25th which is only a few days away!
I smelled a scam, so I thought that I would try to find a phone # or find out where this letter was originated from. But... I could find anything when I tried to find who the address on the envelope was from. Then, I thought that I would try "Scams" and sure enough there were other people who had received the same letter as I had! Not so secret, was it?! This is about the 3rd scam that I have received through email!
