Don't try to return anything, there policy is a joke

After buying a HD TV, they pulled the old bait and switch on me. Then after sufferng a financial setback, I tried to return the unit and (1) couldn't get through by phone, (2) when I finally got through I got the run around to try to get me to keep the unit, (3) would not provide my with a Return Authorization Number (RMA), and (4) when I talked to the Sales Manager, I was told that they did not allow the return of TV's even though is was in the original shipping carton,

The way I was treated was nothing like there return policy and porcedure document on their web site.

All this company wants is to make the sale, switch you to another product and you are on your own after that.

Do not buy from this company - you will be sorry.
