I have tried to contact her several times just to discuss the order, and have not been able to get a hold of her through e-mail or telephone. However, when I wanted to ask about placing an order, she gave me a response right away, seeming real assuring that she was a reputable person. However, once I paid for the flowers, I was no longer able to get a hold of her. I may have to deny the credit card charge... The flowers in the pictures are beautiful, but this is a nightmare company for any bride to be.
