Dishonest. Sold me a car and never applied for title or plates

I bought a car from platte valley auto sales in honor mi for my grand daughter. It was a surprise for her for passing her drivers test. I paid cash for it plus max out all my credits cards to be able to do this for her. It was a very exciting time. That was a month ago. (Aug 20th) After 2 weeks i watch the mail every day for title and plates. Today sept 21th i went to secretary of state with vin# of car and was told they never applied for plates or title. Now i had to call a investigator who is on there case to try and get title and plates for me. So much for the happy memory. Platte valley has made this into a nightmare for us. Stay away from them. Can't belive they did this. Hope we can get title and plates. Now i wait
