Took money out of my checking account

These fools simply chose to consider cash out-of my bank account. I believe possibly Norton AntiVirus, or Trend Micro. These two balances are shut and not restored because they both enable infections through. I've never approved anybody online or additional to simply withhold cash from my bill!!!
