Bad Work Ethic

I ordered a cake, and specifically asked for a three milks flavored one. After a few times of dictating my order to the employee, she assured me that I would get what I wanted. I had asked to get a third fruit, and I'd pay extra, and then I heard a nasty, "No" from the owner (The order was taken over the phone). I received the wrong cake, and I told the woman that I wanted them to make me another one. She assured that the owner was not going to want to do that, so I figured I could ease it up by negotiating. On the contrary, he snatched the cake from my hands and called me a liar... in addition to that he stormed to the back, and was yelling something. I took the cake anyway; because it was my father's birthday, and I like the cakes, but I felt greatly offended, and it seems like the workers are not trained or treated properly. I told the owner that I'd see him in court for defamation so that the other customers can see who they are making rich. I will never ever go back there again. I would not doubt that he is paying his workers below minimum wage, and under the table, since one of the employees mentioned something like that when I asked them in the middle of the incident if they were being treated good there.
