Upn services stole 399.00 from my checking account tennessee

On September 24 UPN Services stole 399.00 from my checking account. I started calling the 888-271-6457 number on my account and after three days I did speak to a woman. She refused to give her name and told me I ordered insurance. I told her that I did not order any insurance and asked to speak to her superviser that I wanted the monies refunded to my account. She yelled at me and told me that "everyone must have insurance it is the law" and hung up on me. I tried several times to reach someone again and kept getting shuffled around by automatic phone services and eventually was cut off. I now only get a busy tone when I call. I reported it to my bank and am in the process of disputing the claim. I also reported it to the Police and they are under investigation
