Ripped off in Milwaukee, IL

I own an office building in Milwaukee, WI. I was contacted by Rob Zuckert of Chicago Wholesale Advancement to rent some vacant space in my office building. He seemed like a nice man with good intents, so I rented the space to him after doing $3000 in remodeling to suite his needs.

I offered the first month's rent free as an incentive the get them in the building and was hoping for a long term tenant. Things went downhill from their first week in the building.

Their Milwaukee represantitive, Joel Holmer, seemed like a nice kid, but was just full of crap! When I rented to Rob, he told me there would be an inspirational meeting in the morning, but normal office business after that. My tenants next door said they could deal with that. That was not the case! I received numerous calls from the tenant next door complaining about yelling, foot stomping, swearing, and loud music all day!

I confronted Joel with these issues many times, and each time he said he would take care of it. Nothing ever changed. My first rent check from Joel bounced. Joel said he would make it good, so I gave them another month. Guess what! The next months rent check bounced also! What a surprise!

I went to the office today and everything is gone except for the furniture I dont need or want to move. The new walls need repainting after 3 months. I have received no rent and can't get a call from the Illinois office!

$3000 in expenses, not a dime rent in 3 monthsl, and pissed off tenants next door! Please do not do business with these people!
