The worse experience I ever have had in obtaining a loan to purchase a home and this is not my first time, but he seemed like he needed the business and I felt sorry for him. I thought he would get paid from the bank, not only did he get paid from the bank, he also charged me points and trust me, I have excellent credit.

Unfortunately I found this out a bit too late and ended up paying for it at settlement, but he got paid nicely. His reasoning was that he was buying down the points. Yes you can say it is also my fault for not double checking, that is why I am posting today. He is a very smooth talker but really does not know this line of business.

Now I can understand why he keeps on moving from one company to the next, like the old saying 'You can run but you cant hide'. Everyone, don't walk away from this one, run - and you won't be sorry. And ladies, keep your money in your wallets and your bank accounts to yourselves - he has a way of attaching himself to your assets!!!
