Someone has accessed my checking account and purchased something from ecampus.com

I was reviewing my checking statement when I noticed a deduction in the amount of 353.41. I did not recognize the amount or the web site (ecampus.com) which was the site listed as the recipent of the money and there was not a phone number listed for which to contact. What can I do???
