In Sept I sent for a cartridge (wildcard) frome cricutoutlet.com, theysent a message saying It would be sent when they got them in (end of the month). By the 6th of oct. I still havent heard anything. I e-mailed back to send a differant cartridge or credit my card. Guess what they didn't do either one they just keept my money.

I have sent many e-mails and tryed to call the phone number listed on credit card bill but they never answer. LEIA MANDATO and MIKE MANDATO are very dishonest people. BEWARE of thisnew kind of PIRATING.
My credit card co. Will take it from here.
