Rip-off, scams, bulls

In october i received a letter from D.R. D that stated i won 1.4 million dollars, all i had to do was send an award data release fee of just $19.99, this is the only fee.
Than another letter came from NAAC stating i won 1.9 million dollars. They wanted me to send another $19.99 stating that the money was guaranteed, and me being a young hard working woman, trying to make it on my own, it all seemed promising, so i sent them the money. I NEVER GOT A RESPONSE!!!
After receiving a third letter from them for another 1.9 million, i decided to look them up on the internet, and this is what i found. Shit!!!
