Seems like a personal email sent to you by a lawyer and seems kind of legitimate. It is from another country and this lawyer goes on to tell you how someone died several years ago from the world trade center bombings and they have been trying to locate next of kin for 2 years.
Since you have the last name of the deceased, they want consent for you to claim the inheritence of a trunk box valued at 7.5 million. Then it can be divided between you and them.
They guarantee that the process will be executed legitimately and will not break any law. Then it asks for you to email them back with your phone number.
