Took my money, no services provided. Scam!

Was looking to do a background check for a serious family situation. Found Net Detecives, everything appeared legit. Registered, paid, no services. Tried to enter search information, program "pretends to do a search" then comes back to a log on screen. No answer at any of the support phone numbers given. A total scam and I fell for it.
