I bought a $200.00 package from them it loses and I told them just give me my 1week free and thats it. They are trying constantly to have me buy more packages I tell them NO they keep calling and bothering me. On friday the 24th. I get a call from the manager and again he's trying for more money I tell him NO and explain to him they are lousy he then tells me that a hawaii person would not be a cry baby, this infuriates me and I told him to tell me that to my face if he dared.

He now is using profanity to me and so did I but this is very unprofessional on their part and people should know this. I also find out about his so called guarantee that if his picks lose he will credit it with other picks this was never told to me instead I was harrassed to buy more packages from them... And undercover call would definitely confirm my complaints RIP OFF CITY I would guess this company is in las vegas, nv.
