English John Barnes Unauthorized charge to my credit card and threats to my safety

These guys are two of the slickest con men I have ever met. They called on the phone to offer me some free sports picks. The picks were good and they offered me more at a very reasonable price. Laurie called every day with his latest teaams. After about a week the picks turned bad and Laurie explained that these picks were not really very good. Better picks would cost more money.
A pattern started. Good picks that turned bad and more money to get winners. Each time the price increased. They started with their 7player consensis picks, they they moved up to their high rollers picks and then their millionares picks. They used my credit card to take payments. When I received my card statement, I noticed a charge from Nevada Sports for over two thousand dollars. I called them and asked them to remove it which them refused to do. Both of them also threatened me if I persisted, saying they had mob connections and I didn't want to fool with them. This matter is still unresolved.
Frankie Laurie is a very fast talker and tries to be your friend, volunteering a lot of phoney personal information about himself. They preyed on my financial situation, telling me about all the money I could make betting on their picks. They have really taken me to the cleaners. They do know sports and they can tell you some good picks but when they see you aren't going to upgrade to a more expensive package they only pass on losing plays. You can't win with these guys.
