Of Ormon Beach Unfair Enrolment Practices

On April 16, Michael responded to an AD FLYER from Club Boom, by going to the facility at 1 South Old Kings Road, Ormond Beach, Florida. The FLYER stated that a $100.00 discount would apply if presenting the card at Sign-up. A Membership Agreement was prepared by a CB representative and Michael did sign it. As Michael reviewed the terms, he realized that the stated discount had not been applied in The Agreement. Since the subseqent discussion between Michael and the CB Rep. Resulted in an unresolved dispute, Michael emphatically stated that he was no longer interested in becoming a member. At that very time, he left the facility, (1) Without any paperwork, i. E Agreement Contract, Membership Card, (2) Without having paid any enrolment monies. He has never recieved any REGISTERED MAIL (claimed to have been sent) and CB has not been able or willing to produce USPS signature cards He never ever returned to the facility and has never ever utilized the CB services. It is obvious that This Contract was never consumated and therefore it should be considered invalid. CB has refused a requested meeting with club Presdent Rob Shannon. CB has referred this matter to a 'Collection Agency'.
