They promise unlimitted international calls and its all a scam i was able to make a call but when i tried recharging the account the machine keeps saying there's a mistake

This company is a complete great story about how you can call your country at a low price and at the end is all a big lie you can't access the recharge department they no longer answer the phone at any time and worse of all is that they say the got your number and have 30 days for complete refund and is all so that you can keep trusting them and try to keep the service even knowing its a lie, plus they said one price and charged another.
