I noticed today I have been charged $19.95 per month for the past seven months. When I challenged this cost today, I was told I knew these charges were being made when i went on Classmates.com. They will refund the month of October but no other month. I asked to speak with a supervisor, they gave me to someone named, Sweta, but once she kept repeating the same phrase over and over, I asked to speak with her supervisor and she said they do not take calls. She said her management team does not get on the phone and there was nothing that could happen at this point. I explained this was not authorized and she said I could have called the phone number on the Classmates website.
