I am an electrition and I went to Square Deal Iron to get ride of scrap wire that was laying around in my shop. I brought 185lbs of 18gadge 6pair wire. They gave me a total of $55.00, saying that because of prices going down that there giving $0.30 per pound of unstriped wire and $1.00 for bare copper. If I would have looked around I could have got $0.80 per pound of what i had and made $147 bucks. I belive they buy it cheap and keep the rest for there pocket. I will never go back there!!!
