Stay away from this website... They are ripping off and keeping charging your credit card Southbeach

I had the same situation as the above. I bought a "free no-risk" sample and only paid shipping for $7 (in June). There was NO indication they're going to charge full price if the "FREE" sample not returned... The story happened 3 weeks later when they charged $67 to my credit card. I called them, no reply at all. I disputed the charge with my credit card company and 10 days later, they shipped me a small package that I never ordered and charged another $60 into my credit card. I was furious and called my credit card again... Finally, somebody from Southbeach called me (you could never get in touch with them via phone), and told me they would refund the charge and today, I just receive the credit card statement and the charge was not refunded...

This is definitely a scam site. Stay away from it. They will get your credit card number by offering "Free" product and starts charging for things you never buy. You will have a hard time dealing with them via phone (no reply) and email (few days to get a reply which does not help)...

best advice: stay away from southbeach supplement.
I will also report this site to BBB.
