Keep debiting your account even after you notify them that you wish to cancel your accont

When you join up for a 3day sample of their download services they do not cancel your account when you ask them to, they continue to debit your bank account weeks after you cancel the sevices and refuse to refund the money. Nor could I even get their dowload site to function in the 3 day trial.

A totaly scam site and I don't know how they get away with it.
