Instructors are not board certified

I recently attended the 9th annual dental convention at the Westin in Fort Lauderdale. After a little research I found out this is the 1st annual. Number one lie. The website said the instructor was board certified in plastics. The instructor was a D.O. And his assistant Nurse Bill I later found out is an accounting clerk. Number two lie. I have asked for a refund however that is not their policy. I agree with the other complaints that this company focuses on telling you what you want to hear so they can collect your money but when it comes to delivering the promises&YEAH RIGHT. They were so cheap that they did not include any food or drinks. Beware. I would not attend another one of their seminars unless I could pay at the end.
