Sent me a check for $4,380.00 saying that Im a mystery shoppe

A few day ago I recieved a letter in the mail from General Services saying that i was mystery shopper, with a check for $4,380.00 dollars. All i had to do was deposit the check into my account, then contact their accounts manager for activating the check they sent me and get details on how to complete the program. I think its very wrong to rip people off like this sending them fake checks.
