Cannot Obtain Billing Records for Termination Fee Class Action

Around the end of august I received a post card that stated that there is a case action against verizon wireless filled by whitevcellco co of gilardi and co in petaluma, ca. I was effected by this suit but the period of time it covers is customers from july23,1999 to august 10. I had to pay this fee around june and I was effected by this fee, verizon only has records up to one year in their computer. I have asked them 3 times to send me the record so i have the proof that they are requesting. I have not send it and the suit wanted the documentation by october 14 and now it is october 15 and I don't have the records to proof i wa effected by this early termination fee which was found to be illegal.
I was promised that the records would be send to me but that is a lie and now a supervisor told me today that i would have to pay 6.00 a page for the records. Why should i have to pay for records for a lawsuit against them. They also owe me 50 on a rebate and now i am worried that i wont receive it since the company has nearly 500 complains on this site alone. Why is nothing being done about it and their practices?
