I got this letter in the mail. I figured I would see what they had in the catalog. Looked them up on internet and then called. Yes before I realized it they had all my information just to see the catalog. Then you can't see it until you get the membership packet, that I didn't want. I called back and was told it was too late the 79. Oo was not refundable. After several e-mails to them and a dozen calls. I got the RUDEST person, he said no it was unrefundable. This is the biggest rip-off I have ever seen. Something needs to be done about these people. I put a stop payment at my bank. The Jerk at lpc said they would turn it over to collections. We need help with this.
