I placed and order and they recieved there money, i never recieved my order total rip offs

I placed an order for sewing machine parts they recieved my credit card and money, i never recieved my goods. I tryed several times by email and telephone to reach the company. They also charged me shipping by USPS that they took money from me to pay the united states postal service. My order was number 3950-2913. Items total 28.95 plus 6.50 shipping usps total 35.48
