Beware - will cheat you every way they can!

My family stayed at the Quality Inn & Suites in Lawrenceburg, IN. To visit a local christian museum. The grandparents took their grandchildren there as part of their Christmas.

One of the children got sick and vomited during the night. We called the front desk but no one ever came up to get the dirty linens and give us clean ones. We placed the linens in the hallway and the child slept on a blanket we had to remove from the other bed.

I was very confused when I got my credit card bill and they had charged me $275. I called to find out why they charged my credit card. They told me they found the sheets in the hallway and they were destroyed. I spoke numerous time to different people at the hotel but the manager, the only one who could take care of this issue for me, would not return any of my phone calls. I finally faxed a letter explaining my situation which got me no where with this situation.

Finally, a friend of mine was able to speak with the manager who told my friend I lied about what happened. He accused us of partying and getting so drunk that someone vomited. Not one person in my family drinks and I am infuriated! Come to find out he was the one who worked that night. His excuse for not sending someone to get the linens was they were short staffed... So I guess that was my problem!

I can't believe the injustice in this whole situation. But I guess he really needs that $275.

My advice to anyone who stays at this place is to aggrevate the front desk until they take care of your request. You'll regret it if you don't.
