Called at 7:30 AM Over eBay Bill While on Social Security Disability

I had these people call at 7:30 AM trying to get in touch with me, I refuse to pay. This was a bill from Ebay, which considering the fees, its understandable that anyone would put themselves up in a bad situation. It was my fault, I agree, but since that time I had meningitis so now I am on Social Security Disability. Since they can't touch this money why bother paying it?

It sounds callous I know but that's where I'm at. I understand they want there money and are trying to collect for a conglomerate such as Ebay but when is enough enough? These people suck, very unprofessional, you can tell they are just kids with there first job I assume.
