They call them selves Attorneys, but if you look on the bottom of the letters they send you it, clearly says "THIS IS A COMMUNICATION FROM A DEBT COLLECTOR" they have violated every rule of the FDCPA. Which stands for Fair Debt Collection Practice Act.

Please look up this Law and don't take their crap. Keep a journal of time they call, who you speak too, date and time of call. They are not attorneys, ask the person if they are, make them give you the facts. They are not.
I am recording the wonderful conversations I have with Miss KATE and the others, I know the law also, I'm getting my "ducks in a row so to speak", and filing a law suite against them!!! They have clearly broken the law of "list of things debt collectors cannot do.
Yesterday they crossed the final line and called my neighbor-Miss Kate you just helped me win my lawyers (For Real) case. Back at ya!!! Now, I'm comming after you.

People, don't take it, tell these people to brush up on the FDCPA Laws, you never borrowed money from them, your debt is with someone else who has sold it to these scum bags. Make them prove you owe them, Read BUD HIBBS on the internet. You can find anything you need, free to answer your questions. When they call tell them to speak clearly, your recording the call. P.S.=Miss Kate, you threaten to take my house, in a few months you'll be making the payments for me. Love ya!!!
