This company is a rip off!!! I was given a customer service number to contact and not to mention they never answer the phone, you will 99.9% of the time get a recording. I was also told that if I cancel within 48 hours I would get a refund. Told that this was a credit card that could be used and now I find out that this is some kind of online shopping site. I cancelled in the 48 hour time frame by my only choice Via E-mail.
After about 3 months of calling leaving messages I finally talked to someone by the name of Michelle... Telling that she would personally research my account. It took a month to get a response for this Michelle and a letter stating that I was not going to get a "REFUND". This company needs to be carefully researched and SUED for misleading people to think that they are really getting a credit card!!! Advice to anyone trying to establish credit on line... Please research these companies!!! So many are cons and rip offs.
