This company towed my car for reasons they said they did not need to tell me! The manager at the apartments couldn't tell me either because he said he was not here. I pay my rent every month on time. And now I have had to pay to get my car back and it cost over $300.00.
My car was parked in the spot I have always parked in., I have read the "rules" and did not violate any! I have talked to other people in the appartments and a few of them had the same thing happen. We are being terrorized by the appartments that signed the contract and by the tow company! And if you do get towed by United tows, good luck dealing with that woman that answers the phone!
