Neither 1 800 985 4164 or 1 888 416 7203 customer service phone numbers on the back of the card are in service. A recording alerts you of heavy volume call are being experienced and if an emergency to call right back has been played back for months now.
These phone numbers don't exist, nor does the web site address help to get the card activated.
