Clear bank fraud. Sent me a check for $3962.00 and asked me to send most back by way of Western union., PQ H4M 2A3 Canada

They are posing as a survey company. I notified the make of the check and they were appauled. The check was from Matrix Service Industrial Contractors in Tulsa, OK. I also attempted to call back Cardinal and no one seemed to understand English. They aslo stated, "don't worry just send us money, we will make the check good tomorrow. Do they think we are all idiots???
