Central Coast Nutra Acai-Berry Scam

I ordered a free trial of Acai-Berry from Central Coast Nutra for the cost
($4.95) of postage only. My checking account was billed for $47.95 for a monthly subscription. When I tried to call the company to receive an RMA# as per their written instructions, I was put on hold for several minutes by an automated system. Then I was disconnected automatically with another recorded message stating call back again or e-mail them at support@centralcoastnutra.net. I chose to return to the main menu and selected customer service again. This time I was cut off after waiting approximately one minute with the same call back / e-mail message. I repeated these steps several times with the same results. After researching Central Coast Nutra on the web, it is clear that they have numerous complaints. I have less than two days to receive a RMA# or they will not accept my return. Obviously, a shameless ripoff using Opra Winfrey as a false endorsement for their so called "wonder product".
