I have just had the same thing happen to me as was reported by Wendy in Lawton, Michigan. This BizSytm charged my credit card $1.95 then later $39.85. I called and argued at the first number that Wendy mentioned: 1-800-749-3304 which was on my caller id and on my credit card. They refused to take the charge off even though I never used this site or asked for it. It's make money from Amazon site. They said I had a confirmation which I don't. They said they'd cancel me from getting anything further. They said use the site (I didn't) since I have a month that they're not going to cancel. Then less than a month later, voila, a charge for $129.95. The number listed is 1 866 417 6350 but it's the same place. When you call that number, you can't even hear the person on the other end and they say they can't do anything someone has to call back. Sure. What can I do?
