Scammed out of time and money with false promises

I was called Jan by East Coast Events for an interview. I went in that Friday at 2:00 for an interview which took about 10 minutes. I was asked back for the second interview on Monday but was told nothing about it except to wear comfortable shoes.

When I came in we all were sitting down waiting then they called us in and sent us out with someone we did not know to a "event". We were asked tons of questions and then went to set up. My day of o I did not have an event all day. I was hired and began working. I became a leader in which I was taking out days of O also. Problem is someti8mes we had no events or we would drive and they would get cancelled. We used our own cars driving usually 45 mins to an hour or more each way. We never received money for gas and barely made enough to pay bills. I had to send my daughter to stay with someone cause I could not afford daycare, but was brainwashed to look at the bigger picture so I believed that one day I would have financial freedom for my daughter. NOT!!!

It only got worse to the point we were fear of losein the people we would have so that we could keep them. We never had events and never got reimbursed for our time. The hours were 8 am till about 9 pm with no hourly. It was killer and all for nothing. We were slaves to the owners getting paid less then we were spending to work and every pay check was screwed up in their favor.

I still haven't gotten the 70$ owed to me from one of my last paychecks. I was told I would get it but then they said because Tasha quit I could not. What??? That is money I worked for. PLease put these people out of business.
