The company deducted $29.99 from my bank account after I went online looking for a payday loan

I found that this company had deducted money from my bank account. When I called to find out why they told me that I had signed up for On Guard ID. I had been online looking for a payday loan and remember being ask if I would like the service, which I replied no. I was told to call back in 48 hours to find out if they would give me back my money.
