Indian man threatened me Santa Cruz

I got message on cell fri. 9/26/08 around 2:30 PM. Message was marked urgent. I listened to message few minutes later, it said for me or my attorney to call at once, do not ignore this call. It was time sensitive. I called the number back it gave me 831-480-6327 and talked to (officer brian) as he called himself. Asked to give last 4 of ss number. He mentioned my email address and called me by my name said i owe a loan company US BANK. I said dont dont what he talking about. He then asked if my email is & I said yes. He said i was being sued for $5,400. And i was a criminal being charged with money laundering. I was terrified. He told me my file will be down loaded at 6 pm and i would be picked up, at my job or my house. He said the company didnt want me to pay them back just wanted to sue and make examble of me. I said if i owe i pay but was confused on all this, then brian said he had talk to the attorney and he comes back saying 1,050 and appolgy letter i stupidly gave my bank card. I had to fax appolgy letter to 949 682 4841. I had to write to sam brown restitution dept. With my full name and ssn. I cancelled my card at bank. And i put fraud alert on card, to get my money back. Thank god im getting it back.
