Called on cell phone and threatened to take me to court for a payday loan i did not make. Valpraiso

I was called on my cell phone and an individual named justin smith said in a heavy indian accent that i was going to be taken to court and reported to my job as a person who has committed fraud, and was asked was i trying to run away with their money. I ask him where he was from and he said that he would send the police and papers to me on monday.

He said that i had to pay 1,095.00 right away. I said i did not have that kind of money and he said that he would ask another attorney to wait on the line. He came back on and said that i could pay 500.95. I was so scared that i had some how clicked and had gotten money from them that i gave him my bank debit number and information. I was really shook up.

He said i had to write an letter of apology and state 2 reasons why i did this and write my social security number on it. He said i had to do this in 2 hours. Then i got on the phone and called the number he gave me 310-747-3307 and it sounded like the same man he said that his name was ryan cruz this time and that i could fax the letter to him in the morning he had to staple it to the information i gave him.

I came strait home and looked up the site to see if i had done the wrong thing and yes i have. This is a scam because i saw the same names and phone numbers in other complaints. I want these people stopped. They are very good at this. I hope i can get to the bank in the morning and close my account before they get my money. Please don't be taken in by these theives.
