Help put these unprofessional people out of business

This business is a telemarketing business operated out of Tempe, AZ. They use obscene language (asking about my body parts) and other unsavory methods to address the public.

I reported this business to the Tempe AZ police dept. The officer gave me the following procedure to follow when making a complaint.

The crime of telephone harrassment occurs in the city and state where the call is received. This is where the report must originate.

If you have received obscene, threatening, or harrassing telephone calls from this business, please do the following:

1. Report the crime (harrassing phone call) to your local police or sheriff's department. Ask them to take a report and give you a report number.

2. Contact the Arizona Attorney General's Office (602) 542-5025. You may need to obtain a copy of your police report and forward it to them.

3. File a complaint with the Tempe, AZ Better Business Bureau. You may do this online.

4. Send a copy of your report also to the Tempe, AZ police department

The Tempe police advised me that they are receiving telephone calls from all over the country complaining about this business. If you follow through with the steps I've outlined, the Attorney General will put them out of business. Telemarketers such as this (these are the worst I have experienced) bank on the fact that you will not follow through because it is too much hassle.

I work hard to ensure that my business is conducted professionally, that my employees treat others with respect, and that we are, above all, ethical beyond reproach. Businesses such as Atlas / Western hurt all construction related professionals, and we should absolutely take a stand against such unethical behavior.
