I sent off for a personalized Milkbone cookie jar with picture of my dog. For $27.95 4.95 shipping you are supposed to receive a cookie jar with your dog's picture - I literally got a cookie jar like the Milkbone box with a copy of my dog's picture GLUED TO THE JAR! I an appalled at the cut-rate cheapness of this offer and wrote to the company about producing a better product. So, save yourself the $ - I am returning it. They didn't include their phone # to get the required return authorization # - I ended up typing the address into google and it came up with a different named company for the address - (a construction company). I figured it was the same address on the ad paperwork in the box. I had to badger the woman who answered the phone to get her name.

The woman I spoke with, Marguerite, told me that if I wanted a painted image of my dog then the cookie jar would cost $90. Anyone who does marketing knows that is not true.

I emailed the Del Monte Corp (who now owns Milkbone) to complain about this appalling, cut-rate product and advised them to discontinue this offer until they find a professional marketing company.
